We are seeking students who are eager to learn about the relationships between work, asset and field management business processes and technology. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, self-motivated, and interested in learning about electrical and natural gas utilities.
Projects within the Utility Technology Systems team focus on the connection of technology to people and processes. Utility Technology Systems Interns will learn utility system applications and data structures relating to customer service, field service, engineering, work and asset management, GIS asset mapping, line locating, and outage management. In this internship, you will help BHE mature its asset information strategy.
These projects are designed to enhance your communication and teamwork skills, as you will be collaborating with individuals across all functions in our organization. You will work alongside professionals in your field, gaining in-depth knowledge about the energy industry and your chosen field of expertise. You will apply what you have learned in school to impactful projects within a publicly traded, multi-state utility and energy company. Learn more about our internship program here:
PAY: $17.00 per hour (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)
