What You'll Do

Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, skilled Senior Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing campaigns aimed at prospects and current clients. As the Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing operations teams to develop email campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the value of our market position, products, and services.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze and report on email marketing data. Own and regularly update email reporting metrics and KPIs at a detailed level.
  • Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Synthesize email performance data into clear insights and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the email channel.
  • Work with the content team to create segment-specific, brand-appropriate content for emails, and enforce brand standards on all email assets.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Support webinars nationally, setting up and coordinating the execution with the business partners utilizing webinar systems (e.g., GoToWebinar)

You Should Have

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, including experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Applicable HTML/CSS skillset
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to stay up to date on the latest email marketing trends and technologies.
